Love the concept but have yet to drive one that didn't feel wrong. They also make weird sounds and vibrations in the vehicles that have them. Not a fan of the execution yet. I don't believe we have the proper materials yet to make this a more reliable setup.

Wish you explained how you installed the after market unit. That would’ve been more helpful.

Just info for those adding woofers.,,.connecting to your current wires changes the ohms. If you add 4ohm speaker to existibg 4 ohms those become 2 ohms and can cause head unit to overheat. You can purchase adapters that connect inline at the back of the head unit to have 2 rca lines for connecting long wires to run under flooring to rear mounted woofer.

U didn’t gun it all the way after u gun it u gotta push it harder once it hits 4 k rpms its like a spring or something and it will pull harder

It is indeed a cool transmission, the CVT transmission was so good that in F1 they banned it🤣

I'm willing to bet this car has long since had a transmission replacement or rebuild. CVTs are great when they're brand new, and if you are lucky they may last over 100k, but no matter how well you take care of them or how easy you drive, they were designed to fall
